Initial training comments

Considering all of the previous statements what are three key things this individual could start to do to improve their behaviour?

Self: 1)Spend a bit more time when giving instructions that they have been properly understood 2)Be more generous in 'coaching' junior members of the team 3) Be happier

Realise not everyone is as quick or clever as she is and make allowances Be a bit less hard on herself

- Remain calm in high pressured environments

The main one is to manage stress better, when something (often small, but annoying) happens.

Show greater consideration of other members of the team and give more credit to the creative sector Support the creative leadership of her manager

Be a bit calmer

Having more time to run through current projects and to keep the Assistant updated on any changes, more 1:2:1 time.

jenny tries to think before she makes comments as she is aware that this is something she finds difficult. This has got better but she still needs to work on this. She occaisionally tries to negitively motivate people when she knows the best way to motivate people is with positivity. Old habits die hard. Having said this she has been very supportive when I have discussed ways that I would like to improve the running of our department. She has made an effot to not exclude herself from the team, often cracking jokes and generally making an effort with everyone. Although I still feel however she sometimes sets herself apart from us.
