So that’s what we do. We create a diagnosis that enables us to establish an individual baseline for all participants. We measure their competency against a framework that’s relevant for the job they do and highlights their areas of need.

It also means that when their development journey is over, we can carry out a follow-up service to ensure that all of the gaps have been filled and the development needs met.
