So face to face learning is all about sitting in a classroom and having a PowerPoint presentation narrated to you, right? WRONG! Face to face opportunities are precious, and we believe they should be about the participants doing the work NOT the trainer. We want people to leave feeling they have not just gained knowledge but developed skills that they can practically apply.
We design our practical learning solutions to do just that. We give managers the opportunity to practice key skills; to discuss and debate as well as absorb new content. To ensure the focus on the application of learning is absolute we use case studies, role plays and ‘real plays’ to bring face to face learning to life.
