Leading Results director Anita Douglas is running a 90-minute practical and interactive Zoom session to help you understand how to build resilience and the ability to ‘bounce back’ from whatever life throws at you.
About this Event
During these unprecedented times in a global COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing unique and forever changing experiences.
Everyone is in a different situation but lockdown has seen many of us confined to the home. We have had children off or returning to school. There has been an increase in home working and now, people are condisering returning to work.
Resilience at any time, but especially in challenging times, is paramount to keeping our mental health, productivity and effectiveness in a good place.
Understanding resilience
This session will start by giving a deeper understanding of resilience and how it links to mental health and general wellbeing.
Also, more importantly, you will learn the practical techniques that will enable attendees to be mentally tough, especially in challenging times.
This is an interactive session where discussion and debate will be welcomed – but not not essential.
The session will take place on Friday 17 July and run from 14:00 to 15:30 BST.
Tickets cost £27 with a set of five tickets costing £100.
A Zoom link will be sent with joining instructions.
